We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to help us deploy and expand our systems infrastructure. You will be a key contributor and an advocate for the way we build, maintain, monitor and improve our infrastructure and its management. You will work in a fast paced, agile environment, collaborating on a daily basis with our Engineering and SecOps teams.
What You Would Do
Work closely with Engineering and SecOps to identify, resolve and automate infrastructure needs
Automate and streamline our operations and processes e.g. provisioning and deprovisioning of staging and production cloud environments, securing and architecting the network and deployment topology of our production systems, setup reliable CICD and monitoring solutions etc.
Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve infrastructural issues
Define, document and evangelize best practices with our team. Be a technical expert for our infrastructure.
You Must Have
2+ years of experience with systems and IT operations, such as software and systems development, configuration, deployment, and release management
Experience with setting up, developing, and maintaining CI/CD tools and infrastructure as code
Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration
Working understanding of code and scripting (Ruby, Java, Python, Bash, etc.)
Excellent understanding in performance, scalability and distributed system management
Experience with containers and associated management frameworks e.g. Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
Proven knowledge of application architecture, networking, security, reliability, and scalability concepts
Application monitoring tools
Solid interpersonal, written, and team collaboration skills
