Cobalt is looking for an experienced Talent Manager who can help our organization grow and support our rapidly expanding business. The right person will be comfortable spanning the full array of People related tasks, and developing the function to class-leading excellence.
This role can be based anywhere in the United States. It will require occasional travel to Cobalt offices (San Francisco, Berlin) and company meeting locations.
Key responsibilities include:
Recruiting: Work closely with our departments to manage the recruiting process. Screen candidates and review CVs, reach out and schedule interviews, support interviewers with templates etc.
Talent development: Partner with our departments to develop performance review and development processes. Document career paths for each function.
Employee policies: Work with our management team to develop our people policies and employee handbook.
Onboarding new employees: Manage the first weeks for new employees and help ensure they can get productive fast.
Employee benefits: Manage our benefits plans and work with Finance to offer new benefits to ensure Cobalt remains a competitive employer.
4+ years of experience from human resources or similar.
Experience from working at software companies and with software employees.
Strong communicative skills.
Good process and project management skills.
Great people skills and ability to partner with leaders of various functions.
Ability to take decisions and create results in a fast paced environment.
