We are now looking for an ambitious Group Accounting Manager (m/f/d) to develop our Group accounting.

Your responsibilities will include

Oversee the group month, quarter and year end closing and ensure that deadlines are met with a high level of quality
Responsibility for the technical consolidation and consolidated financial statements (HGB, IFRS)
You coordinate the annual audit process for the CoachHub Group
You construct and oversee our internal control framework for the group accounting as well as the related processes and systems within the team
You liaise with the accountants of the subsidiaries regarding the monthly reporting and the annual financial statements.
Liaise with our tax advisors and auditors in accounting and tax matters.
You will also work with other finance team members to streamline processes and procedures.
You assure that accounting frameworks are correctly employed in the subsidiaries and a reconciliation to the management reporting is possible.
You are responsible for the development and improvement of our consolidation software
Applying your broad skill base to any challenges arising in the team and give guidance and direction for all group and consolidation related questions

Our requirements

You have at least 5 years of financial accounting experience in a Tax Consulting Agency or an Accounting Department
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or related field (or equivalent experience)
You are experienced in aligning with stakeholders
You have excellent knowledge of HGB, IFRS and financial consolidation.
You have experience in implementing group accounting processes and consolidation software.
You have a stellar track record of working collaboratively and successfully in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment; Bonus if you have worked in fast-paced/scaling B2B organizations or Start-ups before
You are fluent in English and German
