Job Summary:

The Product Information team, situated within the Global Marketing Department, is looking for a Summer Associate to join their collaborative and efficient team. Based at our New York, NY headquarters, the team serves as the primary source of information and plays a pivotal role in Cohen & Steers' global business development and client retention efforts. The team's core responsibilities encompass maintaining consistent messaging and positioning of the firm's strategies through information requests (e.g., RFPs and RFIs), crafting content to support the firm's expanding distribution initiatives, and contributing to product strategy and development ventures across all distribution channels. Cohen & Steers is committed to an inclusive culture, valuing diversity in support of our people and clients.

 

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Complete Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) across all channels and markets.
  • Develop collateral and content for Product Information to bolster distribution efforts.
  • Maintain and update databases containing consultant and third-party research.
  • Responsively address ad hoc requests from consultants, clients, and prospects.

 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Undergraduate student with expected graduation date in 2026.
  • Exceptional writing skills and a strong quantitative aptitude.
  • Effective project management with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient communicator with the capacity to build and sustain solid relationships with teams throughout the firm.
  • Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.
  • Team player with independence, resourcefulness, and a passion for learning.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrates inclusive behaviors in support of a culture that values diversity.
