  • Professionally & promptly answer over 75 inbound phone calls, emails, and online messages per day
  • Follow up with prospective customers who have submitted their contact information via email, calls, and text
  • Uncover customer needs and qualify them
  • Educate customers on Clutch and answer basic questions on vehicles, financial products, trade-in appraisals
  • Update our CRM with details and notes on all communication with leads
  • Work closely with sales reps to ensure appointments are completed and manage post-delivery follow-up calls

Skills and Requirements

  • Desire to collaborate, engage and roll up their sleeves to get the job done, when necessary
  • Able to communicate effectively over the phone and email (spelling, grammar, etc).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-pace and ambitious start-up environment (over 75 calls and emails a day)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective in time management and prioritizing multiple tasks (scheduling test drives, updating the CRM, completing finance applications, etc.)
  • Energetic individuals with an overwhelming desire and proven ability to create exceptional customer experiences on par with luxury clientele expectations
  • Independent and requires little hand holding
  • Proven proficiency using multiple software applications such as Gmail and CRM systems


  • Experience: at least 1-2 years in a customer service, retail, or call center role
  • Have an OMVIC license or willing to attain one
