Contribute to the successful financial growth of the company by ensuring the in store visual experience is to brand standard. Ensure the brand integrity of the company in reflected to customer through windows, display and visual merchanding of Region. Partner closely with field leadership to successfully plan and follow up on visual presentations and to train team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly flip mapping process for stores within region. Support store teams with flow, and sign off on all maps.

  • Be the creative leader and voice to help inspire teams to be one step ahead of the competition.

  • Provide training and coaching to field teams on the store mapping process.

  • Support Region with flip execution leverage time to train and coach store team.

  • Review Region’s flip photos and provide feedback to store teams. Critique team members’ work, providing constructive criticism/critical feedback

  • Partner closely with field leadership team on execution and accountability to ensure success at all levels.

  • Enhance merchandising techniques and promotions as per corporate office or photo directives, based on the demographic.

  • Work with store team to ensure they follow directives and execute monthly store flips to company standard.

  • Ensure the brand integrity of the company is reflected to the customer.

  • Encourage empowerment, reinforce ownership, and lead a positive work environment

  • Provide necessary feedback to the corporate office and field teams to drive the business through visual and merchandising

    opportunities.

  • Ensure execution of window changes and the dressing/styling of all mannequins on time and on concept.

  • Work with store teams to react to business and re-merchandising according to sell through, clarity of offer, and store concept.

  • Complete walk through with store management on store visits & virtual visits to ensure seamless execution of all visual standards, and

    maintain creative enhancements.

  • Encourage entrepreneurial spirit with the utilization of all tools and resources available and within framework of business to

    develop creative approaches to driving business results.

  • Manage travel budget and ensure fiscal responsibility.

  • Assess and react to opportunities based on market competition.

  • Provide necessary feedback to the corporate office and field teams to drive the business through visual and merchandising

    opportunities.

  • Communicate with store to convey change in visual direction.

  • Communicate store deficiencies i.e. lighting fixtures, visual standards per company Visual Standards Guide

  • Initiate and facilitate training sessions where needed to develop management teams skills and abilities

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment

  • Excellent English communication - verbal and written

  • Strong presentation skills required. Must be comfortable speaking to large groups of people and with all levels of management

  • Proven track record for building brands and achieving outstanding results

  • Flexiblity in scheduling and travel

  • Proven ability to train and develop others

  • Experience in movitivating and influencing others

  • Excellent time management/project skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands

  • Goal oriented: ability to stay focused on creating winning results

  • Elevated understanding of art & design principles (color theory, texture, hierarchy/space, scale/proportion, balance/symmetry,

    harmony/unity, dominance/emphasis, similarity & contrast, etc)

  • Minimum of 5 years retail/visual management experience

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Club Monaco includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This accounts for the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $85,000 per year to $95,000 per year.
