Product Marketing Manager

Solving our climate crisis requires bold action, and with more than $20M from top-tier investors, Cloverly is on a mission to make it happen.

We’ve made big strides already—our groundbreaking platform for climate action is trusted by Fortune 500 firms from Salesforce to American Express—but as an experienced team of founders, builders, and sustainability nerds, we know the journey is only getting started. That’s where you come in.

What you’ll be doing

As Cloverly’s Product Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for driving strategic efforts across product launches, customer research, and product content. You will work cross-functionally to launch and scale products and solutions at the intersection of technology and climate.

Your day-to-day will look like:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth for Cloverly’s product offerings
  • Help evangelize the Cloverly story by creating compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates our product from competitors and resonates with our target audience
  • Develop buyer personas that guide the development of targeted marketing campaigns
  • Partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to create assets and collateral that support the all stages of the customer lifecycle, including case studies, use cases, testimonials, and product demos
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs to inform our product development and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with our product team to translate product features into benefits that resonate with target customers
  • Manage product updates and launches, including developing launch plans and providing guidance to the GTM team
  • Provide exceptional sales enablement support, including training, competitive positioning, and tooling

What you’ll bring

You’re a strategic SaaS product marketing expert with a passion for crafting compelling narratives and driving impactful campaigns. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy getting to test, learn, iterate in high-growth environments:

You’ll likely bring:

  • 5-10 years of product marketing experience in early-stage, high-growth, fast-paced B2B startup (ideally marketplace / SaaS) environments
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for new products or features
  • Ability to create and evangelize compelling company and product stories, telling those stories through multiple media personalized to audiences and lifecycle stage
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages

There’s no extra credit in solving the climate crisis, but we’ll award a few bonus points for candidates with particularly relevant experience. That might include:

  • Passion for environmental sustainability and a strong commitment for addressing climate change
  • Work history or demonstrable knowledge of the Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM)

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
