Role

We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Associate to join Cloud to Street as the second member on our Business Operations team. This is a highly visible and cross-functional role, partnering with individuals across teams and levels. The ideal candidate is a business generalist who is excited to join our organization at the ground level and wants to dive into the details of what is required to build a high performing organization. 

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Projects, such as:
    • Go To Market Planning - partner with our Commercial team to refine the go to market strategy and conceive new tactics to realize our mission
    • Pricing - evaluate different pricing frameworks and how they may be applied to our current offering and upcoming releases
  • Program Management
    • Sales Operations - build and iterate on the reporting in Hubspot that the Commercial team references on an ongoing basis
    • Operational Excellence - create well-documented, repeatable systems that can effectively run on autopilot after conception, such as designing an employee reimbursement system
    • Internal Communication - manage and improve upon the systems we rely to create and share reference materials at a company where half of the team is remote
  • Business Administration
    • People Operations - create an hiring and onboarding process that enables new team members to be fully integrated into the company within 90 days of joining
    • Financial Management - partner with internal and external teams to manage payroll, A/R, and A/P
    • Vendor Selection - identify and manage third party vendors that will provide solutions to some of the challenges individuals at the company face each day, from legal to software licenses

Who you are

  • 2 to 4+ years of professional experience at a technology company or services organization (e.g. investment banking, management consulting)
  • Analytical skills, including the ability to conduct ad hoc analysis in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excited by the opportunity to build a business

  • Thrive in ambiguity and are able to effectively prioritize
  • Enjoy working cross functionally and solving the challenges your colleagues face
  • BA or BS required
