About the role

We are looking for a strong Sales Operations & Strategy candidate to join our team. You will be responsible for conducting analyses on operational data across the demand funnel and making necessary recommendations to improve:

  1. BDR/ABM campaign performance
  2. Demand Waterfall/funnel conversion
  3. Sales Rep/BDR productivity
  4. Any other KPIs that drive revenue growth and maximization

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with strategic campaign planning with Demand Gen Marketers, Business Development Reps and Account Executives

  • Work closely with Marketing Demand Gen and BDR (sales development) team to run, analyze, and A/B test different demand gen campaigns

  • Develop and distribute prospect lists for targeted campaigns, leveraging data from Salesforce, internal production system and external data providers keeping in mind global sales coverage ROEs. Segment lists for A/B testing

  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to develop value prop and high-level messaging. Segment messaging for A/B testing

  • Manage campaign pacing and performance through data analysis and reporting, with actionable takeaways per designated KPI

  • Compile weekly/mid-campaign/end of campaign reports highlighting campaign performance, and key learnings

  • Share key learnings with the wider sales & marketing teams and help define campaign benchmarks

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

  • 2+ years post-collegiate work experience in a quantitative field

  • Prior Sales Ops experience at a fast-growth SaaS company highly preferred

  • Self-starter with great curiosity about technology and behavior

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work cross-functionally with a wide range of employees with different skill sets

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, SQL query language, Python etc.

  • Experience working with Salesforce and business intelligence tools. (i.e. SQL, Looker, Tableau etc.)

  • Experience with data modeling, data mining and data quality management

  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as and when needed, while continuing to deliver high-quality results in an often ambiguous and rapidly changing business environment

  • Excellent written and communication skills
