About Path Forward Return to Work Program:
The Path Forward Return to Work program at Cloudflare is an 18- week paid internship for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. The program is open to women and men who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years to focus on caring for a child or other dependent. If you meet these criteria, we welcome you to apply.

In this internship, you will get to experience building an organization from the ground up - helping us establish world-class People practices and programs that allow the company to operate at scale. Some potential projects include: Human Resources reporting and analytics, interview and management training, and industry benchmarking. It is a great opportunity to work with a broad set of teams internally and help implement new programs.

- 4+ years of experience in a people, product and/or business function
- You are a self-starting builder with experience creating a program or new initiative from start to finish
