We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Sales Director who is ready to take the CloudBees sales organization to the next level during this period of tremendous growth.

This is a unique opportunity to build and scale the entire Northern Europe sales team. This position reports directly to the AVP, EMEA Sales. 

You’re the right candidate for this position if you enjoy the intellectual challenge of navigating a diverse set of customers, building and fostering a culture of ownership, and driving success throughout all levels of your sales organization.


  • Manage the sales strategies and the sales execution for CloudBees in our Northern European districts, according to its strategic plan, and assign all Salesforce activities to support rapid growth across different segments and industries.
  • Build out, develop, coach and expand an enterprise sales team, develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline, managing account executives, and help build new partnerships.
  • Lead operational and strategic efforts to increase the customer base, customer loyalty, revenue per customer, and top-line financial growth for the business.


  • Minimum of 10 years in software sales and 7 years of sales leadership experience.
  • High energy, hands-on, take charge sales executive with proven sales and opportunity leadership skills.
  • Proven track record as a consistent top-performing sales leader with a sales team that exceeds revenue goals.
  • MEDDIC, SPIN, Force Management and Value Selling is a plus
  • Multilingual is a plus! Fluent or native English, and either German, Spanish, French, or Italian
