About The Position
The IT Help Desk Engineer will provide technical support to internal team members, ensuring a positive technology experience.
This role is required to be on-site at our Carmel, IN Headquarters.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for technical support with internal team, via phone, collaboration tools, email, or in-person.
Configure servers, desktops, laptops, and additional software and hardware as needed.
Maintain user accounts in Active Directory and Office365.
Install or assist users in installing corporate approved software.
Maintain user accounts for corporate approved software.
Apply patches to internal servers, laptops, and desktops.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Collaborate with Security Team to review logs and manage asset inventory.
Provide and document training for employees as needed.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
4+ years experience in a similar IT related support role.
Windows OS experience required.
Active Directory experience preferred.
Microsoft Intune experience preferred.
Jira experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment.
Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a cooperative and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
