ClinChoice, is searching for an Agreement Associate to join one of our partner companies, a large pharmaceutical company in USA. This is a permanent, remote role.

As a client-facing role, we are looking for confident candidates with the ability to work independently whilst establishing a high-trust environment with the client counter-parts.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support the Global Site Agreements group with the routing and tracking.
- Signing and filing of documents within the scope of Global Site Agreement.
- Support the Global Site Agreement group with system data entry (including but not limited to eTMF, ADI).
- File supporting correspondence and approvals related to the agreements.
- Prepare documentation needed to support Global Site Agreement team members’ management of agreements throughout their lifecycle.
- Assist with the collection and presentation of Global Site Agreement team metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhancing efficiency within the team.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including maintaining compliance with mandatory trainings and certifications.
- Attend departmental meetings and participate in relevant discussions as required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, minimum high school diploma.
- One year of prior work experience.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in aspects of data analysis and presentation software, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong communication and writing skills in a virtual, diverse environment.
- Team player and the ability to work independently.
- Prior work in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in clinical research setting (preferred).
