Artica is a Bellevue, WA based Venture Studio founded by a highly successful technology founder with a multi-billion dollar exit. Through extensive customer research and development, we have developed a radical vision for the future of business intelligence, powered by AI. We are seeking a Product Co-founder to lead an early stage startup and build a multi-billion dollar business by delivering on this vision.
Our Product Co-founder thinks outside the box and has a proven track record of successfully leading and executing on a business. We have incubated a business from idea to paying customers. We need a leader who can grow this nascent effort into a multi-billion dollar tool that transforms how teams collaborate around data and arrive at decisions faster.

Responsibilities:
- Craft the vision and strategy for this groundbreaking E-commerce BI tool.
- Work hand-in-hand with a talented co-founding team to bring your vision to life.
- Immerse yourself in the customer journey, understanding their needs and pain points at a deep level.
- Become a master of the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities and threats.
- Define the product roadmap, operating model, and work closely with the engineering team to make it happen.
- Embrace rapid experimentation and iteration to achieve product-market fit.
- Be a positive force in the co-founding team, contributing to a high-performing and supportive environment.

Several factors are taken into consideration that determine the salary range of this role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000 to $150,000.
The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role (except as noted below); the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
