ClickUp is looking for a motivated Senior Analyst, GTM Strategy & Ops based in Bengaluru, India to join our high-performing GTM Strategy & Operations team, you will be primarily responsible for delivering key business insights and analytics for the GTM organization by leveraging tools such as Salesforce.com, Tableau, Pigment, Google Suite, Excel, etc. Additionally, you will partner with sales leadership to help effectively manage their day to day operations, and ongoing sales plays/initiatives.

This role will be instrumental in assisting and empowering ClickUp, a cutting-edge productivity platform, to thrive and provide top-notch solutions. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and create reports and dashboards using Tableau, Snowflake, Salesforce, and other tools to provide essential insights for the GTM Organization.

  • Collaborate with the Analytics team at headquarters to develop necessary views and tables on Snowflake/Tableau through custom SQL queries, data hygiene projects, and other initiatives.

  • Proficiency in structuring, analyzing, and deriving business insights by utilizing data techniques such as Cohort analysis, Funnel analysis, and other GTM analytics best practices.

  • Coordinate with international sales management to assist them in effectively managing their daily operations and facilitate the implementation of best in class sales processes.

  • Lead and support new and ongoing projects related to sales forecasting, pipeline hygiene, sales metrics reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and sales operating cadence.

  • Responsible for implementing and continuously enhancing the planning tool, Pigment. You will assist in building models to forecast growth and sales capacity.

  • Own ad hoc reporting and analysis for GTM organization, covering weekly KPIs, MBRs, QBRs, and fiscal planning.

  • Build partnerships with key stakeholders in Sales, Finance, BI & Analytics, HR, Marketing, and GTM organizations to maximize the impact of company initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3-6 years of relevant experience in Business/Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or similar roles

  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.com, including understanding of different objects, reports, and dashboards

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL/Snowflake and Tableau, capable of writing custom SQL queries and building dynamic dashboards for data-driven decision-making

  • Preferred experience with planning tools such as Pigment or Anaplan

  • Proficient in Excel and G Suite

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to timelines

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to partner with teams across various global time zones
