In this hybrid role, you'll have the opportunity to be a part of building a world-class customer enablement experience for ClickUp customers. This includes creating short videos for just-in-time training and email campaigns to enhance user learning and adoption. In addition to instructional design work, you will also have the ability to author and deliver training sessions.
 
The Role:
  • Work with the ClickUp University manager to build educational content for ClickUp customers through multiple methods of delivery, including short videos and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other instructional designers to scope, create and deliver on-demand and live training content.
  • Develop high-quality eLearning content, including product knowledge, best practices, courses, activities, certifications, videos, scripts, and more to ensure customer success and adoption.
  • Analyze existing ClickUp University materials to identify additional learning needs and develop relevant content.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue teams and SMEs to create comprehensive training materials.
  • Partner with customer success and professional services to define best practices and scope eLearning content.
  • Maintain existing courses with regular updates based on outdated content, revamped value propositions, and product releases.
  • Contribute to building scalable processes for ClickUp University, content creation, review procedures, and team collaboration.
  • Standardize course structures, activities, quizzes, certification programs, and video script templates.
  • Support design and creation of a customer certification and badging program.
  • Assess content effectiveness and contribute to strategy, framework, learning paths, and courses for eLearning.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • 3+ years of experience in education/training development or relevant field.
  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
  • Proficiency in course authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
  • Experience in creating video and course content, preferably for SaaS products. (Familiarity with video tools like Camtasia is a plus)
  • Knowledge of various learning methods and the ability to blend them to achieve learning objectives effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in Project Portfolio Management or Collaborative Work Management space is preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence others, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with different enablement and revenue teams.
