ClickUp is currently seeking a diligent and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing territory management, ensuring data accuracy within Salesforce, effectively routing leads, and promoting seamless cross-functional collaboration.
 
The Role:
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and the Field Ops HQ Team to strategically manage territory assignments for improved coverage and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement clear Rules of Engagement to guide sales and account management, preventing conflicts and enhancing teamwork.
  • Conduct thorough audits of Salesforce data, enforcing measures to uphold data integrity and accuracy.
  • Analyze Salesforce reports to detect trends, identify areas needing attention, and drive continuous improvement in processes.
  • Design lead routing protocols to ensure equitable and efficient distribution of leads across sales teams.
  • Closely monitor lead progression and coordinate with the Field Ops HQ Team to optimize flow through the sales pipeline.
  • Foster robust relationships with Marketing, Finance, IT/Systems, and other departments to align on overarching company goals and initiatives.
  • Actively engage in cross-departmental projects to drive organizational improvements and innovations.
  • Manage provisioning of sales tools and resources to support the sales teams' operational needs.
  • Handle SFDC report generation and analysis, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of the Sales Annual Operation Plan, including territory design, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality audits, and data reconciliation as per the Rules of Engagement (ROE) Waterfall.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in field operations, sales operations, or related area.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Salesforce and conduct data audits for accuracy and integrity.
  • Experience in managing lead distribution and comprehending sales pipeline dynamics.
  • Solid understanding of territory management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Strong project management abilities with experience in leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Superior communication skills with the proficiency to collaborate with multiple departments.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or relevant field preferred.
