At ClickUp, Our goal of engineering productivity is to improve the overall engineering processes by implementing new solutions and tools to improve development velocity and productivity of dev teams. We want the result of establishing engineering productivity to be better products, quicker releases, and greater reliability throughout the engineering and development teams.
 
The Role:
  • Provide technical leadership in the developer experience & engineering productivity areas
  • Design, build and manage CI/CD platforms
  • Manage source control systems and managed pipelines
  • Own build and release infrastructure in ECS & EKS environments as well as developer tools
  • Streamline deployments for multiple projects across different software branches and different environments
  • Collaborate with developers, SREs and QAs to Improve software development life cycle to empower developers to move faster safely and securely
Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in developer experience, engineering productivity, or build & release engineering.
  • Experience using Docker, AWS ECS or Kubernetes
  • Experience with time-series metric database, logging and analytics tools; e.g. SQL, logz, Datadog, Grafana
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently with multi-functional teams
  • Infrastructure as code experience is a plus (e.g. Terraform, CDK, etc)
  • Javascript experience is a plus

 

Salary Range: $160,000-$242,000 USD. This position is eligible for the following benefits:
