- Provide technical leadership in the developer experience & engineering productivity areas
- Design, build and manage CI/CD platforms
- Manage source control systems and managed pipelines
- Own build and release infrastructure in ECS & EKS environments as well as developer tools
- Streamline deployments for multiple projects across different software branches and different environments
- Collaborate with developers, SREs and QAs to Improve software development life cycle to empower developers to move faster safely and securely
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in developer experience, engineering productivity, or build & release engineering.
- Experience using Docker, AWS ECS or Kubernetes
- Experience with time-series metric database, logging and analytics tools; e.g. SQL, logz, Datadog, Grafana
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently with multi-functional teams
- Infrastructure as code experience is a plus (e.g. Terraform, CDK, etc)
- Javascript experience is a plus
