ClickUp is the world's only all-in-one productivity platform that flexes to the way people want to work. It replaces all individual workplace productivity tools with a single, unified platform including project management, document collaboration, spreadsheets, chat, goals, and more. On a mission to make the world more productive, ClickUp is headquartered in San Diego and scaling remotely and internationally. As one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world, ClickUp helps millions of users to be more productive and save at least one day every week. 🦄

ClickUp was an entirely product-led company in its first two years with our incredible community fueling our viral growth to over 2,000,000 users. We've now expanded to serve enterprise customers as well with a sales-assisted revenue approach. By all measures, we can attribute most of this incredible growth to the product!

By joining the team responsible for creating our product, this role truly is an unprecedented opportunity to have an immense impact and lead exponential growth into the next chapter for ClickUp. You’ll be working every day to improve our product to fulfill our one and only mission of making the world more productive. You’ll never see another product team like ours - we literally ship a new version of ClickUp every single week.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Core Views team.

In this role you will be responsible for a UX-heavy part of the platform focused on visualizing tasks across our most heavily used views: List, Table, and Board. Views need to be easy to use while still being extremely flexible. Delivering on this promise is essential for successfully driving adoption with new users—especially if they are coming to us from a competing product.

However, there is a lot more to this role than improving the user experience and shipping new features. You will also partner with Engineering to test creative solutions to ensure these views remain fast as possible as we onboard larger customers onto ClickUp.

Your primary responsibilities include defining a vision and roadmap, partnering with Design and Engineering to create innovative solutions for our customers, and working with Product Marketing to bring those products to market. We expect that you'll be on top of it and move with urgency, be customer and market obsessed, take ownership in the details, and work backwards from the perfect solution by finding creative incremental ways to make progress.

If this sounds like you, we'd love you to join us in changing the world by giving people more time back in their day.

The Role:
  • Design thinking: Leverage different forms of research and customer feedback to understand and represent user needs and ideate on creative solutions.
  • Executional Excellence: Own roadmap prioritization and partner with Engineering to deliver a high quality product to customers, in the most efficient way possible.

  • Results Driven: Formulate hypotheses, set goals, track results, and follow up on anomalies or trends, utilizing A/B testing when applicable to validate ideas.
  • Flexibility: You thrive in an environment where things change rapidly and are willing to adapt in order to meet the needs of our customers and business

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, managing software products from inception through launch and iteration
  • Self-starter who takes initiative in solving problems and can self-manage commitments and deadlines
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade, succinctly communicate the vision and motivate people at every level, across functions

Because a person may become disabled at any time, we ask all of our employees to update their information at least every five years.

Identifying yourself as an individual with a disability is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer will be maintained confidentially and not be seen by selecting officials or anyone else involved in making personnel decisions. Completing the form will not negatively impact you in any way, regardless of whether you have self-identified in the past. For more information about this form or the equal employment obligations of federal contractors under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
