Ideally this leader would be near, or willing to relocate to be near, our western Iowa, Missouri, or Kansas markets.

 

The individual will provide critical support to the vision of success for Clean Laundry. This team member will quickly develop rapport with store managers and support them on a market level. They will partner with the managers to drive sales revenue and growth in the individual stores and markets as well as through Wash, Dry, Fold and Clean Laundry Express. They will work to streamline scalability by supporting the Director of Operations. As a result of this work, the speed of growth for Clean Laundry will continue to increase and ultimately, we will continue to make fans out of our customers and employees.

What You’ll do: 

  • Support the Director of Operations and together drive sales, growth, and profits of Clean Laundry stores 
  • Support managers in hiring and staffing attendants 
  • Build, lead and coach teams 
  • Support store openings and training nationwide 
  • Manage expense budgets and employee turnover in markets  
  • Provide training and on the job support to Clean Laundry employees 
  • Create replicable processes across each store/market to improve scalability 
  • Support managers as they engage local communities by partnering with various groups and non-profit organizations 
  • Work with a growth mindset, continuing to evaluate and improve processes  
  • Drive awareness and growth of the Clean Laundry brand

  • Understands and is attentive to the needs of managers, customers, and the business  
  • An individual that thrives when working with autonomy and is proving this in their current role 
  • Ability to inspire and manage both a team and day to day operations 
  • Excellent written and oral communication 
  • Humble and coachable individual that is driven to succeed 
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time 
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license 
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
