The Facilities Maintenance individual will provide critical support to the vision of success for Clean Laundry through mechanical support of our Mesa locations. This team member will develop great rapport within the community by providing prompt and reliable service to our customers. They will also have the acquired mechanical skills or the ability to learn at a fast pace to support customers within the facility have an overall great experience. As a result of the impact of their work in the laundromat, customers will become raving fans of the Clean Laundry service. 

 

The locations you will be supporting are our Madison, WI locations.

The hours we are seeking support during are open - weekday, weeknight, and weekend hours.

What You’ll Do On A Weekly Basis: 

  • Support each location up to 10 hours per week.
  • Flexible Work Environment: A schedule built around your personal/professional schedule.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Maintenance and repair of our washers, dryers, and equipment. (Training will be provided)
    • Preventative maintenance on our equipment.
    • Communication with leader of any additional repairs or maintenance that may be required.
    • Work with vendors for additional maintenance and repairs needed.
  • Bookkeeping
  • Train peers on machine maintenance to empower others to diagnose and fix issues as they arise.
  • Support any on-site customer needs during your shifts.
  • Ensure the facility is clean and comfortable for customers through inspections, deep cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Address facility needs as they arise.
  • Maintain, track, and organize inventory and supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Compensation for the Facilities Administrator position is $15 - $18 per hour. 

 

Employment is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check.
