As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for generating acquisition across digital platforms, including but not limited to: website content, SEO, and forms; paid search; social media; and others. You are a skilled and analytical marketer, leaning into buyer behaviors and data to direct your conclusions. You have a self-driven approach to educating yourselfresults-based mindset, and you derive fulfillment from moving the needle for the organization. You are genuinely excited by the possibility of what comes next in digital marketing and strive to be a thought-leader and expert in each new tactic, proving results along the way. 

**This role will need you to hit the ground sprinting, so the ability to work from relevant experience is critical** 

The focus of this role is: 

 Paid Social Media 

  • Develop social ad strategies and deploy them utilizing Facebook Ads Manager 
  • Administer all company social advertising accounts ensuring optimization of budget and targeting 
  • Explore and innovate new platforms to create value and own their implementation 
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure content is informative, appealing, and will generate desired results 

Search Engine Optimization 

  • Conduct keyword research to drive SEO and PPC strategies and execution 
  • Approach the online experience of a consumer from a wholistic perspective, balancing and utilizing both SEO and PPC to our advantage 
  • Recommend changes to website structure, content, linking, or other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords 

Pay-per-Click 

  • Build and launch Pay-Per-Click campaigns 
  • Monitor and optimize PPC campaign performance to maximize return on investment 
  • Optimize landing pages, bids, and negatives  
  • Identify user intent behind search terms and organize account keywords accordingly 
  • Understand the business, target customers, competitors, and goals in order to build the most effective strategies and campaigns 
  • Collaborate with team members to get high quality digital assets that drive results 

The outcomes you’ll be expected to achieve: 

  • Meet or exceed identified goals for PPC accounts 
  • Meet or exceed identified sales goals for paid social media tactics 
  • Increased brand awareness as a result of social media strategies and execution 
  • Improved organic search engine rankings and website traffic as a result of implemented SEO tactics

Who you’ll be working with: 

In this role, you will report to the Director of Strategic Marketing. You will partner with content developers, designers, and others throughout the Marketing department to develop and execute on marketing strategies and campaigns. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal brand stakeholders to ensure aligned expectations and to share results of executed tactics.  

The previous experience that we are looking for: 

  • Success in paid social media strategy and execution  
  • Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness, comprehension, and conviction 
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage a Pay-Per-Click account 
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (this is a MUST and will be required)
