As a Marking Associate, you will be focused on the creation, implementation and maintenance of ongoing marketing campaigns spanning across both prospective and customer accounts.  The ideal candidate will be data-driven and intent on optimizing various marketing channels including LinkedIn, display, email, and more.  The Marketing Associate is expected to consistently collaborate with other peers on the Cleo marketing team as well as cross-functional GTM stakeholders within sales, product, engineering, and customer success in efforts to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual program KPIs.  During your time in the role, you will gain a full understanding of how to engage multiple personas within Cleo’s targeted industries through different tactics and collateral that drive conversion at each step off the buyer’s journey.

What You Will Be Doing

•    Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns with the intent of creating leads, building pipelines, and acquiring customers 
•    Ensure campaigns are accurate and error-free
•    Analyze and report on campaign KPIs in order to make recommendations for new tests and iterations
•    Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary
•    Assist in the execution of events, conferences, and tradeshows to generate qualified pipeline and brand awareness 
•    Maintain a cross-channel integrated marketing calendar throughout the year 
•    Develop expertise in our executive buyer personas and target industries
•    Stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices by researching the latest trends and gathering new ideas from industry analysts and experts, vendors/agencies, and peers/competitors.

Your Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or Management
•    Strong knowledge of marketing channels (e.g. website, email marketing, display, LinkedIn, etc.) with intuition to optimize for performance
•    An eye for attention to detail
•    Experience working independently and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment
•    Ability to manage many tasks with strict deadlines
•    Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills 
•    A self-starting demeanor, ready to accept opportunities to make an impact
