This newly added role will join the Workforce planning team in supporting global compensation for all teams including sales, administration, engineering, and technology. We need someone who can support HRBPs and business stakeholders in the understanding and application of our programs and develop the compensation guidelines needed to attract and retain employees. This position will work in a data focused team working on both cyclical compensation events and ad hoc projects.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Workforce Operations and Planning. This can be remote.
Use market data and intelligence to create and maintain equity compensation guidelines for new hire and ongoing programs
Create, prepare, and maintain reports to administer and measure effectiveness of compensation initiatives including offer packages, and equity compensation.
Research and develop compensation recommendations for leadership hires using internal and external market data.
Research and propose solutions for ad hoc compensation issues raised by HRBPs/business stakeholders with a data driven approach.
Develop presentation materials and provide updates to stakeholders as programs evolve
Be a trusted partner to HRBPs and people managers for employee/job/compensation program related inquiries.
Recommend improvements to compensation programs and processes
BS/BA in human resources, business, economics, computer science or related experience equivalent
8+ years of relevant work experience in compensation and/or human resources
Experience using spreadsheets to bring together data from various sources
Certified Compensation Professional /CCP
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a high growth tech in a compensation department
Experience with enterprise HR systems (i.e. Workday, E*Trade)
