We are looking a motivated individual to join our Global Insurance division as a team lead! The roles will support one of our largest insurance clients.
Responsibilities
Ensure client success through the accurate and timely delivery of data
Sponsor and Manage Client Relationships
Recognizes relationship between client and employee success
Focused on strategy and execution of operational efficiency initiatives
Level 1 Servicing - quick, thorough and accurate responses to client inquiries - never leave client in the dark
Level 2 Servicing - create and seize opportunities to increase value
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field and 6+ years post graduate work experience
Finance and/or accounting work experience preferred
Knowledge of GAAP/STAT/Tax, fixed income investments, securities or financial markets experience
Proven history of proficient Excel use
Ability to concisely convey information through verbal and written communication
Dynamic problem solving skills, and a sense of curiosity
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Intense desire to learn and improve at a rapid pace every day
Currently resides in Boise or is willing to relocate
