The position will involve working directly with some of our most strategic, growth oriented clients to ensure their success on Clearwater. You will interact with contacts including C-Level and other key decision makers, utilizing Clearwater’s end to end systems, from back office to front office, including tools/processes like IM Tools, Reconciliation, BOS, CPD, Data Normalization, Security Master, Compliance, etc. to help deliver Level 1 and 2 support. Additional responsibilities include providing continuous client training on our ever-appreciating product offering and managing assigned projects while coordinating necessary resources.

Challenges You Tackle:

Collaborate directly with clients to build and own valuable relationships and ensure their success
Manage client inquiries & deliver accurate Financial Statements & Analytics (main contacts include C-Level and other key decision makers at world-renowned companies)
Handle complex accounting & finance questions posed by clients
Provide client training (including discussions on Accounting, GAAP, STAT & GIPS procedures)
Reconcile investment transactions & accounting information for client portfolios
Manage assigned projects & coordinate necessary resources
Proactively seek ways to add value to your team & Clearwater

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related field and 3-5 years post graduate work experience
Finance and/or accounting work experience preferred
Knowledge of GAAP/STAT/Tax, fixed income investments, securities or financial markets experience
Proven history of proficient Excel use
Ability to concisely convey information through verbal and written communication
Dynamic problem solving skills, and a sense of curiosity
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Intense desire to learn and improve at a rapid pace every day
Currently resides in Boise or is willing to relocate
