We have recently launched a Transformation Office to drive our strategic roadmap in support of our vision for the future. The Transformation Office will drive the execution of our strategic initiatives aimed at driving the organizational scale, operational efficiency, and data-driven decisions required to enable the growth and customer service we are targeting.
To support the Transformation Office, we are hiring a Senior Communications Specialist. The Senior Communications Specialist is a critical role to support the communications, change management, and training required to drive the awareness, understanding, and adoption of the strategic initiatives in support of the transformation strategy and roadmap. The Senior Communications Specialist will report directly to Clearwater’s Chief Transformation Officer.
Work directly with the Chief Transformation Officer, the Transformation Office, and the strategic initiatives to absorb strategic, operational, and organizational information to prepare easily understandable and compelling messaging / communications related to Clearwater’s transformation
Support the strategic initiatives by creating collaterals for select key outputs and deliverables, including templates for client presentations, training materials, stakeholder presentations, etc.
Oversee calendar of communication messages and events in support of the Transformation Office
Work closely with HR, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to synchronize communications across other company activities, events, and announcements
Ensure Clearwater branding and messaging is incorporated into all communications and other collaterals related to the transformation
Support good knowledge management practices over the collaterals created to improve awareness, access, and usability of content
Provide expertise and insight to the Transformation Office in how best to drive the change across Clearwater to achieve and sustain results
Demonstrated ability to listen, understand, and craft effective communication strategies and content
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Expert knowledge in MS Word and MS PowerPoint
8+ years in a communications, training, teaching, or other communications related role
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Ability to think big picture, but also get into the operational details of what’s required to execute
Customer focused with good interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and adapt to multiple priorities
Experience working with companies undergoing transformation or significant change
2+ years experience in project manager/ coordinator, consultant, or similar services role
Experience working with technology and/or services intensive business
