Position Details 

The Business Systems Analyst will help support the Salesforce.com deployment. The BSA will also have influence in the ongoing development of our Salesforce instance. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Force.com platform. As a member of the Enterprise Applications team you will be called upon to work closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Finance, and other departments to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes to increase operational efficiency 

Responsibilities 

  • Serve as system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 450+ users 
  • Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks 
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations 
  • Complete regular internal system audits 
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization 
  • Work independently to define and document best practices  
  • Help administer technologies across the Enterprise Apps tech stack (Salesforce, MarketoInsightSquard, Xactly, SurveyGizmo, Clarizen, etc.) 

Requirements 

  • Minimum three years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator 
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.  
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality 
  • Strong data management abilities 
  • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to pick up new tasks quickly and make sound business decisions
