  • The Graphic Design Specialist develops and designs the aesthetics, visual design, and layout of marketing materials to support Clearwater company goals and enhance the Clearwater brand
  • Creates web, digital, and print graphics and design layouts that are in line with Clearwater's branding, messaging, and product
  • Creates customized collaterals for Sales meetings, presentations, and deal support Collaborates with Marketing teams to execute assigned projects
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of collateral design and needs in order to meet project objectives
  • Manages relationships with external vendors relating to design needs
  • Critically self-edits, accepts constructive feedback, and thoughtfully incorporates design edits from reviewers and stakeholders while always keeping project goals in mind
  • Communicates closely with Marketing and other internal stakeholders to strategize, support, and execute projects that contribute to the success of company objectives
  • Works within an agile framework to keep projects in scope and within deadlines
  • Supports printing, collateral management, and ordering
  • Provides graphic design support to other internal groups as needed
  • Creates events-specific materials, such as tradeshow booths, promotional deliverables, and targeted campaign assets


  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Proficient in design tools and software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Understands design principles, fundamental design theory, and concepts
  • Works on structured projects with limited or moderate scope
  • Successfully learns and practices communicating simple design decisions
  • Successfully follows standard internal processes. Learns and repeatedly solves problems using existing team and company procedures
  • Successfully learns terminology, core messaging, and product offering
  • Successfully learns and implements brand guidelines into design
  • Understanding of and ability to learn basic printing processes and file set up
  • Communicates with collaborators on work progress to keep projects in scope and within deadlines
  • Normally with direction from Creative Team Lead and senior creatives
