As the Manager of Technical Recruiting you will shape Clear Street's sourcing strategy and approach to building diverse talent pipelines for all of our technical hiring. A strategic partner to hiring managers, you will play a key role in advancing the growth of our engineering organization as well as lead, manage, and develop our technical recruiters as the team seeks to achieve increasingly ambitious hiring goals. This role reports to The Head of Talent Acquisition. 

Requirements & Attributes:

  • ~5+ years of recruiting experience with a primary focus on technical recruiting
  • ~2+ years of leadership experience guiding/mentoring recruiting teams.
  • You are an authentic, inspiring and hands-on leader preferably with experience driving, building and scaling recruiting teams in hyper-growth environments.
  • You take an analytically-informed approach to building recruiting practices and programs.
  • You bring a strategic mindset that designs for present and future recruiting opportunities.
