What we’re looking for
As the US Trust & Estate Tax Accountant at ClearEstate, you will:
Lead: Tax preparation and filing for US clients;
Analyze: Review estate planning documents including wills, codicils, and trust instruments;
Prepare: 1040, 1041, 706 and 709 tax returns and fiduciary accounting;
Manage: Be aware of and responsible for the schedule of task filings and oversee the gathering of information;
Support: Work with all Estate Professional with queries on clients and status updates;
Collaborate: Provide training and support to professional staff.
Who you are
Educated in Accounting;
5+ years experience in preparation and review of 1040, 1041, 706 and 709 returns;
Trust department and fiduciary experience considered as an asset
