What we’re looking for
As a Paid Media Manager reporting into the Senior Director, Marketing & Communications, you will:
Act as SME: Focus on the generation of prospects, accelerating revenue, profitability of our activities and sustainable expansion in paid media.
Manage Paid Media: Take ownership of our comprehensive paid search program, from campaign strategy to execution.
Be Strategic: Responsible for the architecture and deployment of our strategic leads acquisition with a focus on our acquisition objectives and profitability.
Optimize: Analyze, reccommend and help establish budgets to optimize campaigns and attain targeted volume and acquisition costs.
Manage Relationships: Foster relationships with our external consultants with a focus on the objectives to be achieved and the means to achieve them.
Innovate: Manage growth hacking initiatives with a scientific approach based on performance hypotheses.
Collaborate: Work with both internal and external teams to contribute to continuous development of our company.
Who you are
5-8 years of relevant experience;
Technical experience with PPC, Adwords, Social Media;
Manage marketing suppliers;
Enjoy relationship building;
Comfortable with the conversion funnel and the levers within your control;
