Network Engineer

The ideal candidate will have experience working with multiple major cloud providers or an equivalent background in MSP/ISP network configuration and troubleshooting for large/multi-tenant enterprise environments. We are an NPS company and focus on the customer experience.  Your position will be a customer facing escalation tier for networking configuration, implementation, and break/fix as well as configuring our internal network infrastructure. We are looking for candidates with strong routing and VPN mesh experience that are excited to gain expertise in the future of our field. What You’ll Do:

  • Understanding of all ClearDATA Network services
  • Lead Network related projects
  • Be excited about re-learning and discovery
  • Diagnose issues and troubleshoot customer cloud infrastructure
  • Advise customer and their vendors on multiple paths to securely implementing solutions
  • Act as a technical point of contact for escalations and troubleshooting of network infrastructure issues
  • Work within a diverse team of engineers to work through complex issues and tasks
  • Must deliver an exceptional customer experience every day
  •  Other duties as needed

What You’ll Need:

  • 3-5 years’ experience configuring and troubleshooting complex enterprise network environments
  • Experience implementing and managing routing protocols
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting route/policy based Site to Site VPN tunnels and SSL VPNs
  • Cloud infrastructure expertise in AWS, GCP, Azure
  • Cloud Certifications
  • Core Linux fundamentals
  • Next Gen Firewall experience
  • Experience with automated workloads (Git, Salt, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Jenkins)
  • Experience migrating PHI/PCI environments into the cloud
  • Experience with Venture Capital backed start-ups
  • Excel at individual and small group projects
  • Strong Soft skills (Customer Facing)
