The Clearco team takes an Account Based Marketing (ABM) approach to its sales efforts. This means that you will need to have experience in research and personalization in order to create engaging and creative outreaches. We take a multichannel, ultra-personalized approach at Clearco to engage our leads. If you are an “out-of-the-box” thinker, love being creative and are driven by sales, then this could be the role for you!

In this role you will:

  • Self prospect and research lead personas through multiple channels (Social, professional networks and news articles)
  • Build engaging custom communications and thoughtful, creative plans for outreach
  • Optimize your work through a culture of feedback and learning
  • Formulate your plan of attack via emails, calls, loom videos, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Use our Playbook (scripts) to educate and qualify leads
  • Pass those qualified leads to the Account Executives on our team
  • Immerse yourself in the North American market for our products, become the subject matter expert for your customers.

You will thrive if you have:

  • Some sales experience in an Account Based Marketing sales environment
  • A creative approach to cold outreach for each prospect you encounter
  • Problem solver mentality and a desire for creative solutions
  • A goal and results oriented mindset who is not afraid of adversity
  • A willingness to learn our sales methods and improve yourself with them
