What your day-to-day will look like:
- Immersing yourself in the needs of the Talent team and becoming a subject matter expert for applicants
- Gaining a deep understanding of the candidate pipeline and help attract and retain top quality talent
- Developing knowledge on sourcing candidates through different channels, organizing and assisting with screening interviews
- Building trusting relationships with potential hires and demonstrating Clearbanc’s values and mission effectively
- Communicating cross-functionally with various stakeholders to ensure an efficient recruitment process
You will thrive if you:
- Have experience and knowledge with talent acquisition and management
- Have the ability to learn new tools and software quickly. Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems an asset
- Are able to learn fast and start providing support to other team members right away
- Are able to think quickly on your feet and can prioritize competing demands effectively under time constraints
- Are curious and willing to learn to adapt to a fast-paced environment - not afraid to ask questions and put your ideas out there while grasping the business context of what is important
- Are super organized and want to be challenged
- Have experience with Slack, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom
- Understand that we don't have all of the answers and you are comfortable and able to seek out the answers yourself and ask for guidance as needed
