As the Head of UK, you will be responsible for accelerating Clearbanc’s expansion across the United Kingdom and will own critical financial, business, and product goals. This is a critical leadership role that is core to our success in 2021. This role will make an impact on Clearbanc’s mission by helping thousands of UK founders win. 

The Head of UK is tightly integrated into all functional areas of Clearbanc, resulting in a unique opportunity to positively influence the entire organization. You will work closely with shareholders across all departments and at all levels of management, helping the organization stay coordinated in this incredibly exciting, innovative, and expanding environment. It will require a blend of skills including but not limited to sales, operations, business development, partnerships, and public relations.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Evaluating and prioritizing the critical initiatives that will help us move the needle in the UK market
  • Clearly communicating progress and roadblocks to our executive team and owning the outcomes in our UK market
  • Clearing regulatory hurdles to ensure we can swiftly and safely advance funds to our customers no matter where they operate
  • Support our product development teams as we develop the international roadmap
  • Leading the strategy, development, and implementation of global enablement and readiness programs for business development across the UK
  • Collaborating with key internal teams to define go-to-market strategies for each local market
  • Recruiting, training, and managing regional and local managers to execute against our goals
