What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Ensure our candidates have a world-class interview experience from start to finish 
  • Identify prospects through sourcing platforms, networking and other strategies to find qualified active and passive candidates
  • Help write, edit and post jobs online
  • Review applications and candidates to evaluate if they will be a good fit for our team
  • Manage candidate flow through our Applicant Tracking System: Greenhouse
  • Schedule a high volume of phone and onsite interviews
  • Build upon and improve Clearbanc’s employer branding by utilizing social media
  • Facilitate background checks and assist with new hire orientation and onboarding processes
  • Work with the People & Culture team on initiatives to help maintain and improve on the amazing processes and fun culture we’ve built

You will thrive if you:

  • Have at least 6 months experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, Talent Sourcer or similar HR role
  • Are a confident self-starter who can manage time effectively and work independently
  • Have stellar organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple requests
  • Are a creative problem solver with a strong work ethic
  • Are passionate for creating an amazing candidate experience 
  • Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Are personable and able to keep a positive attitude under stressful and shifting circumstances (we’re a startup and things can feel chaotic at times) 
  • Have the ability to get along well with others required. We’re a team!
  • Are quick learner
  • Are tech-savvy and fluent in the use of GSuite, Google Calendar, Slack, Office.
  • Have prior experience using an ATS
