The Product Manager, TSA PreCheck will work closely with Engineering leadership and the Aviation team to define and build core enhancements to enable scale and operational excellence of CLEAR-powered TSA PreCheck enrollments to millions of travelers nationwide. 


What you'll do:

  • Own the product roadmap for TSA PreCheck enrollments, balancing the needs of external partners (e.g. TSA), internal business teams, Ambassadors, and consumers who seek out CLEAR for a friction-free TSA PreCheck enrollment experience 
  • Drive clarity around complex government requirements while developing compelling business and security cases for program enhancements (gaining TSA and business buy-in)
  • Drive efficiencies for external & internal customer groups
  • Contribute to company-level strategic decisions by highlighting current and future state capabilities of the program
  • Become an SME in understanding government requirements processes, why those requirements exist, and how best to solution against them
  • Collaborate with Product Design to map out end-to-end consumer journeys
  • Collaborate with Engineering counterparts to ensure delivery of products on time and within budget
  • Represent CLEAR externally with strategic business partners to drive towards a shared product vision

How you'll measure success:

  • Develop success metrics and drive a culture of continuous, data-driven improvements
  • Drive efficiencies for all customers – TSA, Ambassadors, new and existing PreCheck members – with thoughtful product decision making
  • Scale TSA PreCheck Enrollment Provided by CLEAR to millions of travelers nationwide

What you're great at:

  • 4+ years of experience in technology product management 
  • Driving alignment with immaculate communication skills - you know your audience and how to build trust with stakeholders 
  • Diving deep into the details, while maintaining big picture focus
  • Creating clarity and driving focus in complex and dynamic contexts
  • Obsessing over the internal and external customer experience
  • Patience and persistence, knowing not everything will go as planned

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
