The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for the implementation, launch and reporting of new and existing partner marketing programs.  They will work closely with partner managers and marketing channel managers to create and execute a cohesive marketing plan to support key partner initiatives.

What You Will Do:

  • Build marketing and communication plans for new and current partners in coordination with partner managers within a variety of verticals such as healthcare, travel/hospitality,  enterprise, entertainment/events and technology
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure accurate and effective assets are created for partner campaigns
  • Define and report key business metrics to senior management and influence the organization to take the right action in response to the data 
  • Understand CLEAR’s products thoroughly to effectively translate to partners and their audiences
  • Collaborate with external partners on the creation of joint solution value propositions and drive the internal and external go-to-market strategy and execution
  • Maintain deep relationships with external partner marketing teams to leverage ongoing opportunities and new audiences
  • Regularly evaluate and report back on established KPIs, recommend optimizations and improvements
  • Support the overall priorities and goals of CLEAR through diversification through partner channels
  • Understanding of marketing programs, events, promotions, and the development of partner-sourced lead generation/pipeline
  • Establish partnerships and cross-functional processes with key internal stakeholders including Marketing, Finance, Public Affairs, Product, Technology, Operations, Customer Service and Internal Comms to ensure seamless execution of marketing operations support

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in partner marketing 
  • Superior communication and organizational skills
  • The ability to think like an owner; the ideal candidate will embrace accountability in themselves and their partners
  • Solid expertise partnering with corporate brands
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-starter with an "own it" mentality
  • Experience making data-driven decisions using analytics, A/B testing, and campaign reports and dashboards
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Comfortable working with data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker, Excel)
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to clearly articulate and implement a focused plan
