CLEAR is seeking a passionate, engaging and service minded leader of our national field teams. You'll lead and grow an employee population across the country, from New York City to San Francisco. Under your direction, our operations teams will learn, grow, and execute with brilliance.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the creation, execution and adoption of a broad range of training programs in the field, including sales, service, technical, leadership, and more
  • Create scalable systems and training processes to support new location openings, application and product rollouts, and other training initiatives
  • Grow and lead a team of Regional Field Trainers
  • Develop a complete feedback loop to validate field training and development
  • Build radically candid relationships that leave the field team better than how you found them

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years of experience in learning + development / training
  • Experience leading a remote team
  • 3+ years of experience working in the hospitality/retail/service industries
  • Service-based sales experience
  • Strong attention to detail and flawless execution
  • Proactive and proven communication skills
  • High resiliency with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
  • High integrity
  • Multi-station management experience
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
