What You Will Do:

  • Lead strategy development and execution for Paid Social
  • Manage optimization for efficiency and scale of direct response campaigns across paid social channels (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Build continuous pipeline of A/B tests and greater measurement opportunities
  • Assess opportunities for audience, creative, and channel expansion
  • Liaise with internal copy and design teams to test and iterate on high-performing social creative
  • Collaborate with Web Development team to build landing pages that optimize the post-click experience
  • Provide marketing support for all new airport and vertical launches

Who You Are:

  • Have 4+ years of experience planning and executing Paid Social campaigns
  • Have a deep-rooted knowledge of Facebook PE platform, Ads Manager, and Audience and Measurement tools
  • Have experience optimizing performance campaigns, and familiar with bid structures for efficiency and scale
  • Have experience managing multi-functional in-house teams
  • Are familiar with growth KPIs and ROI-focused strategies
  • Have excellent communication skills - can act as key liaison with external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Are highly analytical, able to work through complex data sets and deliver a clear and concise output
