We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support our continued headcount and company growth. In this role, you will focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring the best talent in both our New York City and Austin offices, while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

What you will do:

  • Creative outreach and sourcing of active and passive technical candidates across Austin and NYC markets.
  • Identify and recommend new and creative ways to source and attract top talent and continue to build your network in new markets
  • Partner with larger recruiting team on Employer Branding initiatives
  • Leverage recruiting data to drive improvements across the recruiting process and candidate journey

Who you are:

  • You have at least 2 years of work experience in a high-volume sourcing role at staffing firm or in-house recruiting role.
  • You are metrics-minded and let the numbers drive your approach
  • You're a relationship builder and proactively engage with hiring managers and candidates
  • You are a strong written communicator and boolean master
  • You’ve worked with an ATS (we use Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
