We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to support in optimizing our paid media efforts, ensuring regular reporting updates, managing advertising content, and exploring innovative avenues for brand awareness and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and monitoring successful campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google. This position reports to the Marketing Operations Manager.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to optimize paid media across multiple platforms.
- Work as the primary point of contact with paid media agency to analyze weekly and monthly reporting and provide updates on performance, budget allocation, and content effectiveness.
- Manage advertising content and ensure its organization for seamless execution.
- Explore new strategies for enhancing brand awareness and acquiring customers.
- Assist in managing the Meta Shop, TikTok Shop, and Amazon storefront to drive sales and visibility.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience managing successful campaigns across Tiktok, Meta, Pinterest, and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of efficiently managing paid media budgets exceeding $1M+ annually.
- Strong understanding of tracking technologies like pixels and UTM parameters, with proficiency in Google Tag Manager.
- Expertise in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and reporting tools like Looker Studio.
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.

Salary: $55,000
