We have an exciting opportunity for a highly self-motivated, detail-oriented associate program manager to work on the Pricing & Inventory team, which manages the two-sided marketplace, develops commercial strategy, and leads on testing new business models/verticals. This role supports Pricing & Inventory programs, analyzing program trends, managing dashboard reporting, and identifying & contributing opportunities to scale programs and processes efficiently. You will work closely with other teammates on Pricing & Inventory, Partnerships (Sales and Account Management), Product, Marketing and Analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze program trends (e.g. user churn rate, supply availability, demand / reservation trends, supply penetration) and provide strategic insights/recommendations
  • Support, maintain and create accurate data insights through Tableau dashboards
  • Partner closely with Pricing & Inventory teammates to support go-to-market strategy and program management
  • Manage and execute day-to-day operational tasks 

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience. Experience with multi-sided marketplaces or subscription services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or Tableau (or other programming or querying language)
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Strong business acumen with ability to translate analytical insights into business recommendations; familiarity with economic concepts and theory.
  • Ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • “No task is too small” attitude
  • Experience managing small projects
  • Affection for process optimization; propensity for efficiency
