About the right team member:
We’re looking for an energetic, driven assistant to join the Growth Team in Singapore to support on performance marketing ops with our agency and emails.
Be responsible for working with the Growth Lead for APAC and CRM Team in Singapore, Growth and Brand Teams in the UK to roll out performance marketing and email campaigns to drive optimum conversions (CPAs, Open Rates and Conversions via email channel).
Work closely with the Growth Lead to set up campaigns with AB tests, provide results and analytics
Work closely with our APAC agency to audit ad sets and be proactive in proposing copy and imagery changes.
Work closely with the CRM team to co own the end to end execution for all APAC email campaigns and be accountable for results and learnings
Sharing results and learnings with the relevant team members
High proficiency in English; Spoken and written
Knowledge of a CRM system - SailThru or Braze background is a major plus!
HTML skills required for CRM system
Basic photoshop skills welcome
Experience in ad platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram and working experience in previous internships using those tools is a necessity.
Keen interest in learning Structured Query Language (SQL)
Ability to convert potential leads to customers by implementing AB tests and key learnings.
Excellent communications skills and creative writing skills
Strong multi-tasking skills with ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment
Eye for detail with strong editing, writing, and proof-reading skills
Highly analytical, with a proven ability to understand complex data & transform insights into ideas - with strong Microsoft excel knowledge
Passion for the fitness industry is a major plus.
