ClassPass is hiring a Conversion Rate Optimization Coordinator with a successful record of project managing web optimizations and cross-team collaboration. The CRO Coordinator will report to our Conversion Lead on the Marketing team, and will be responsible for the implementation of web optimizations.
  • Maintenance of the website test roadmap
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including design, engineering, customer experience, and stakeholders)
  • Gather creative requirements and prioritize optimization projects
  • Landing page creation and optimization
  • 1-3+ years experience in project management and website management
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Optimizely (or similar)
  • Intermediate to advanced HTML & CSS skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. SQL skills a plus
