Hours: 7:00am-5:00pm + some out of school time responsibilities
Compensation: $58,000-$75,000 (Please note that this is a general range; salaries are determined based on credentials and years of experience)

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, Operations Associates perform a wide variety of tasks. With exposure to every non-instructional function in the school, Operations Associates build a range of skills. Responsibilities vary by school and personal skills, but may include:
Communications
- Acts as external liaison for the school
- Answers phones and greets visitors
- Conveys important messages to families
Facilities
- Maintains the daily operations of the main office
- Supports maintenance of school environment as needed
- Troubleshoots technology issues in-house and coordinates with external technical support
Supplies
- Orders supplies for teachers, students, and administrators as needed
- Maintains organization and inventory of supply closets
- Distributes supplies to staff
Student Emergencies
- Accountable for student bathroom and medical emergencies (taking sick child to health clinic) as well as some light clean up
Shipping/Receiving/Distribution
- Receives and signs for deliveries
- Ensures delivery to proper staff member
Student Records
- Collects student attendance daily and inputs into the Student Information System
- Updates uniform compliance database daily
- Maintains student files in compliance with the Department of Education
- Enters a variety of data into data trackers and excel spreadsheets
Photocopying
- Makes and delivers photocopies to teachers
- Assists in maintenance and repair of copy machines and printers
Transportation
- Coordinates bus eligibility in compliance with Department of Education standards
- Responsible for bus stop assignments and metro card distribution
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children
- At least 3 years experience in operations
- Undergraduate degree
- Experience using with ATS systems
