Maintaining high behavioral expectations, sustaining established classroom systems, and executing schoolwide procedures and routines
Preparing and facilitating lessons in absent-teacher classrooms using Classical’s scripted curriculum
Engaging with scholars and staff across a range of grade-levels
Successful Resident Substitute Teachers are:
Consistently reliable and present; communicate effectively and can be counted on
Flexible and easily able to adjust in-the-moment based on the needs of teachers and scholars
Growth-oriented and willing to learn
Likely to receive an offer for the 2022 ClassiCorps Teaching Fellowship
Strong Candidates Will:
Have experience working at a high-performing charter school
