Your main tasks will include:
- Proactively support daily finance operations
- Manage the finance mailbox efficiently
- Assist in booking incoming invoices
- Actively participate in administrative processes
- Take ownership of managing the expense tool
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements, as well as accounts analysis and reconciliation
- Learn and contribute to the development of finance and accounting processes, including creating process descriptions and flowcharts
What we look for:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration (BWL) / economics (VWL) or a related field with a focus on finance
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly, demonstrating a meticulous and systematic approach to tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Excellent German language skills and good English language skills, both written and verbal
