As our Global Brand Designer (m/f/x), you...

  • are a skilled midweight Designer with a passion for branding
  • will lead brand design projects and create communication campaigns from concept to delivery
  • have a hands-on mentality where you don’t shy away from doing the work yourself

  • will report to the Global Head of Brand & Design

What we look for

  • 3+ years of experience in design for marketing, with solid expertise in relevant design softwares (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience in working with design systems & guidelines as well as adapting creative concepts across relevant marketing channels (OOH, Print, Digital, Socials)
  • Experience in concepting and designing brand campaigns, ideally in an agency setting
  • Independent worker with great project management skills, a proven track record owning multiple complex projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints;
  • Fast-paced, resilient and open to change in a rapidly growing global business that requires creativity, fast learning and out of the box thinking
  • Can manage alignment across multiple stakeholders and prioritize a broad and complex scope of work from ideation to delivery to performance analysis
  • Strong creative analytical mind that is able to spot cultural & creative trends and adapt accordingly;
  • Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills as well as solid presentation skills
  • English and german speaker, both on professional level
